An Urban Renewal Project which consists of one residential tower providing 400 flats and shopping arcade locating at the centre of Mong Kok District.  The podium floors below the residential towers consist of clubhouse facilities, shopping arcade, landscape gardens and open public spaces with two basement floors with F&Bs, loading/unloading and car parking facilities.
