Located in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, the IE 2.0 Project C – Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) is a purpose‑built, multi‑storey industrial development designed to support next‑generation high‑tech and smart manufacturing industries. The facility is engineered to accommodate highly automated production workflows and the evolving needs of innovative technology enterprises.
The building is equipped to support advanced manufacturing systems such as the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV) for goods movement, as well as multiple grades of clean rooms, chemical treatment facilities, and specialized water processing systems required for precision production processes.
Complementing its technical capability, the development also integrates a range of sustainable and smart‑building features, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, a rainwater storage system, an automatic parking system, and electric vehicle charging facilities—enhancing operational efficiency and long‑term environmental performance.
