The redevelopment of Murray Building converted into a 5-star 336 guestrooms boutique hotel with swimming pool, ballrooms, fitness centre, high end restaurants, lounge and bar with approximately 31,000m2 GFA.  
Construction period of this complicated hotel project is extremely tight around 36 months that include all planning Department and BD / FSD statutory submission approval in this fast track construction programme.
The project has achieved the RICS Awards 2018.
