This project is to develop a 5-star international casino hotel resort with approximately total gross floor area of 159,853m2 and over 700 hotel rooms.

The development consists of a 23 storey high-rise hotel guest room, and the suite tower is constructed on top of the podium with 2 levels for casino, restaurants, retail, theatre, ballroom and back of house areas.
