The Emperor Hotel is a hospitality development comprising a single hotel tower built on a four-storey podium, providing approximately 300 guest rooms. The podium accommodates back-of-house facilities, restaurants and reception areas, with a total gross floor area of around 11,000 square metres. Building services systems were designed to support efficient hotel operations, guest comfort and reliable back-of-house functions within a compact urban site. Engineering coordination focused on optimising plant space, service distribution and system efficiency, ensuring stable operation and ease of long-term maintenance for a mid-scale hotel environment.
