The building is 28-storey high with 4 basement levels, offering 22 floors of grade A rated office space, 2 special floors with flexible usage aiming to cater for the trending needs of the community in future, a podium garden and some retail shops.   The GFA is about 20,000 m2.

The project has obtained WELL Core Certification at Platinum level under the WELL Building Standard by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in Nov 2024.
