Six Pacific Place is a 28-storey Grade-A commercial office development with four basement levels, providing approximately 20,000 square metres of premium office accommodation. The building comprises 22 floors of office space, two flexible-use floors, a podium garden and selected retail facilities. Building services engineering was designed to support modern workplace requirements, future flexibility and a high standard of occupant wellbeing. Mechanical and electrical systems deliver reliable environmental control, efficient power distribution and robust life-safety performance across the tower and basement levels. The project achieved WELL Core Certification at Platinum level in November 2024, reflecting strong performance in indoor environmental quality, thermal comfort, air quality and overall user wellbeing. Engineering solutions played a central role in meeting these stringent performance requirements while ensuring efficient operation and long-term maintainability.
