Projects

The existing Pacific Place Mall with gross floor area of 80,000m2 is under renovation.  To work with a famous international designer – “Heatherwick Studio”, the existing Pacific Place Mall is targeted to be a benchmark of contemporary shopping mall in Hong Kong after refurbishment.  This project involves improvement to Building Façade, Mall Interior, L4 Landscape and Driveway, existing skylight etc. with connection to existing Admiralty MTR station.
