The development is currently in construction stage and will be completed in mid 2010.

Wynn Diamond Tower development consists of a 40 storey high-rise hotel including four levels of podium for casino, restaurant, retail, quest rooms & suites tower, and four levels of basement for carpark areas.  Total GFA of the development is 108,204 m² and there are over 400 luxurious hotel suites.
